Product delivery: Orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days after the order has been successfully completed.
- Purchase the VIP Set (THB 15,000) (limited to 20 sets) to receive guaranteed event admission.
- Purchase participating Smooth E products and receive 1 Point for every THB 699 spent to collect entries for a chance to win one of 30 VIP Lucky Fan passes.

To be eligible for the Lucky Draw, participants must purchase participating products and complete the registration process as follows:

Only receipts issued between 3–24 July 2026, until 11:59 PM (GMT+7) will be accepted.
Receipts issued outside the campaign period will not be eligible. - Each receipt may be registered only once. Duplicate submissions using the same receipt will be considered invalid. In the event of duplicate registrations, only the first submission will be accepted.
