- อายุการใช้งาน
บัตรของขวัญอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Gift Card) มีอายุการใช้งาน 3 เดือน 
นับจากวันที่ทำรายการสั่งซื้อสำเร็จ (ระบบจะระบุวันหมดอายุไว้อย่างชัดเจนในอีเมลที่จัดส่ง)
ไม่ใช่วันที่แลกมูลค่าบัตรของขวัญเข้าบัญชีสมาชิก หากพ้นกำหนด บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกมูลค่าคงเหลือโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

- ขอบเขตการใช้งาน
บัตรของขวัญจะถูกส่งไปที่อีเมลของผู้รับ
สามารถใช้แทนเงินสดเพื่อชำระค่าสินค้าและค่าจัดส่งได้ เฉพาะบนเว็บไซต์ www.smoothlife.com เท่านั้น
(ไม่สามารถขยายระยะเวลาการใช้บัตรของขวัญได้)
(ไม่สามารถใช้ที่หน้าร้านขายยา ร้านสะดวกซื้อ หรือเคาน์เตอร์แบรนด์ได้)

- การทอนเงิน / แลกเปลี่ยน
มูลค่าในบัตร ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยน คืน ทอนเป็นเงินสด หรือโอนยอดเงินเข้าบัญชีธนาคารได้ในทุกกรณี

- การใช้ยอดคงเหลือ (Partial Use)
หากยอดสั่งซื้อสินค้าน้อยกว่ามูลค่าของบัตร ยอดเงินคงเหลือจะถูกเก็บไว้ในรหัสเดิม เพื่อใช้ในการสั่งซื้อครั้งต่อไป (จนกว่ายอดเงินจะหมด หรือบัตรหมดอายุ)

- การชำระส่วนต่าง
หากยอดสั่งซื้อเกินมูลค่าคงเหลือในบัตร ลูกค้าสามารถชำระเงินส่วนต่างเพิ่มเติมได้ด้วยช่องทางการชำระเงินปกติของเว็บไซต์

- ความรับผิดชอบ
บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบในกรณีที่รหัสบัตรสูญหาย ถูกขโมย หรือถูกนำไปใช้โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต เนื่องจากรหัสถือเป็นทรัพย์สินและความลับของผู้ถือครอง

- การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข
ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของกฎหมาย

The gift card can only be used to purchase products in the same currency as the gift card.

• Validity Period
  The electronic gift card (e-Gift Card) is valid for 3 months from the date the order is successfully completed.
  (The expiration date will be clearly stated in the delivery email.)
  The validity period is counted from the purchase completion date, not from the date the gift card value is redeemed into the member account.
  After the expiration date, the company reserves the right to cancel any remaining balance without prior notice.
  
  
• Scope of Use
  The gift card will be sent to the recipient’s email address.
  It can be used as cash equivalent for purchasing products and paying shipping fees only on www.smoothlife.com.
  (The validity period cannot be extended.)
  (It cannot be used at pharmacies, convenience stores, or brand counters.)
  
  
• Refund / Exchange
  The value of the gift card cannot be exchanged, refunded, converted to cash, or transferred to a bank account under any circumstances.
  
  
• Partial Use
  If the order total is lower than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay under the same code for future purchases until the balance is fully used or the card expires.
  
  
• Additional Payment
  If the order total exceeds the remaining gift card balance, customers may pay the difference through the website’s regular payment methods.
  
  
• Responsibility
  The company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the gift card code, as the code is considered the property and responsibility of the holder.
  
  
• Changes to Terms & Conditions
  The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice, in accordance with applicable laws.
